What you provide
- The product, with a specification, sample or reference photograph
- Target quantity for the first order, and expected annual volume
- Target price or budget range, if you have one
- Destination and required delivery window
- Any certification your buyers or customs will ask for
What you receive
- A shortlist of capable suppliers with verification findings
- A quotation stating unit price, MOQ, lead time and payment terms
- A physical sample for approval before mass production
- A pre-shipment inspection report with photographs

Risk Control
Four Points Where a Project Can Be Stopped
Every sourcing project has moments where a small check prevents a large loss. These are the four we build into the process by default — none of them are optional extras.
Before the shortlist
Suppliers that fail licence, capability or export-history checks never reach you.
Before the deposit
Price, MOQ, lead time and payment terms are agreed in writing, with payment to a company account only.
Before mass production
You approve a physical sample, which becomes the reference the bulk order is inspected against.
Before the container is sealed
Goods are inspected at the supplier, while a problem is still theirs to fix rather than yours.
Shipping
Choosing How Your Goods Travel
Mode is chosen against value density and urgency, not habit. For bulky, low-value goods freight can exceed the value of the cargo itself.
Sea freight
Best for: Most orders
FCL once your volume fills a container; LCL below that, at a higher rate per cubic metre.
Air freight
Best for: Urgent or high-value goods
Several times the cost of sea, worth it for value-dense cargo or stock replenishment.
Courier
Best for: Samples and very small shipments
Fastest, simplest documentation, highest cost per kilogram.
Landed cost, not unit price. The invoice figure is not what the goods cost you. Freight, insurance, duty, VAT, port charges, clearing fees and inland transport all belong in the calculation — and we work it through with you before you commit, because it is the number that decides whether an order makes commercial sense.
